We are looking for a Strong Middle System Administrator to join our IT team. Our ideal candidate will solve a range of tasks to ensure the functionality of the internal infrastructure, support the operation of processes, and provide technical support to users.
Responsibilities
- Set up, monitor, and ensure smooth operation of Active Directory, GPO
- Create, configure, and administer virtual machines, allocating resources to virtualization hosts
- Administer Linux and Windows servers
- Respond to incidents and issues related to the operation of systems
- Provide technical support to users and other departments of the company
- Perform Asset Lifecycle Management
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures
- Administer Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace ecosystems
- Implement and support IT processes and new services
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a System Administrator
- In-depth understanding of networking principles, DHCP, DNS, VPN, and IP addressing
- Experience with network faults diagnostics
- Familiarity with XEN/XCP, VMware virtualization systems
- Extensive knowledge of the XEN virtualization system, being able to maintain operability, prevent emergencies, identify the causes of failure, promptly resolve errors
- Experience with XEN Orchestra (Community Edition)
- Understanding the best practices of monitoring with Zabbix, Nagios, and Grafana at the level of settings and system administration
- Expert system administration of Windows and Linux
- Having a background in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration
- Task management skills in Jira and ClickUp
- The knowledge of Confluence and ClickUp to work with documentation
- Ability to multitask, keeping focus on the result
- Innovative thinking, ability to find new approaches in challenging situations
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and meticulousness
Nice to have
- Experience with Ansible, Puppet or Chef, IP telephony, MySQL, MSSQL
