Product that needs your engagement

Our project is developing innovative SaaS solutions for the ride-hailing industry (taxi, mobility, delivery, transfers, etc.) Even though we are relatively new players in the market, we strive for our products to become irreplaceable for companies operating in urban transportation and logistics. Our SaaS solution already lets our clients from the UK, Czech Republic, Poland, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, and Kazakhstan develop their business. We continue to attract new users around the world actively. Our solution includes web and mobile applications supported by a powerful backend and an intuitive interface. We pay special attention to UI/UX design for the best user experience. In addition, our project structure includes departments responsible for business operations and marketing, which allows us to respond to market needs and provide quality service quickly.

Impact you will make

  • Gather, analyze, and document user and business requirements
  • Perform prioritization based on business objectives and user value
  • Monitor market trends and actions of competitors for product adaptation
  • Interact with users: work with focus groups, perform surveys, and usability testing
  • Maintain and update the roadmap & backlog of the product line
  • Develop and implement the product requirements, maintain management standards, handle initiatives and development tasks
  • Implement product analytics and manage analytical tools
  • Provide the development team with clear and actionable requirements
  • Cooperate with QA specialists to ensure product quality
  • Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and other agile process activities
  • Work in close contact with the Lead Product Owner to ensure strategic alignment and synergy of product lines
  • Interact with development, business operations, and marketing teams
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation, including user manuals, guides, and demos

Skills we are looking for

  • 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner
  • Deep understanding of the product development cycle and principles of mobile development
  • Skills in research, analysis, and prioritization of user needs
  • Expertise in competitive analysis and market analysis
  • Experience in user research (CustDev), direct communication with product users

Additional skills we would appreciate

  • Understanding of the basic data workflows (SQL, basic principles of working with databases)
  • Hands-on experience in the following areas: Ride-Hailing, Ridesharing, Mobility, Logistics, Delivery
