Initial goals
- Get to know the team and gain key insights about processes and projects.
- Perform an expedited audit of the Performance Management process.
Responsibilities
- Maintenance and quality enhancement of current and evolving HR processes.
- Iterative improvement of Performance Management processes.
- Establishment and implementation of performance evaluation systems.
- Development and execution of training and development programs for employees.
- Design and implementation of employee retention strategies.
- Provision of quality analytics with improvement recommendations.
- Support of department heads by consulting on all HR processes and policies.
- Facilitation of effective communication within departments and teams.
Skills we are looking for
- Minimum of 5 years of overall HR experience.
- Proven experience in positions like HR Business Partner, Deputy HR BP Lead, Senior HR People Partner, or Senior HR Manager. Relevant experience includes developing assessment and training processes, with roles such as Performance Specialist, Assessment Manager, or Specialist in Personnel Assessment and Development.
- Demonstrated ability to build and deploy HR processes from scratch.
- In-depth knowledge of performance management systems and their implementation.
- Understanding of systematic approaches to HR management.
- Competence in independently organizing tasks by evaluating stakeholder interests and business needs.
- Knowledge of basic recruiting and C&B functions.
- Advanced skills in HR analytics.
- Leadership experience and mentoring skills.
- Digital literacy, including advanced skills with HRIS, ATS, Excel, etc.
- Familiarity with modern HR approaches.
