Who we are looking for
Devart is looking for a Head of Marketing to boost the Devart BU projects’ business performance by creating a strategy and improving marketing processes.
Impact you will make
- Develop a long-term marketing strategy focused on driving B2B sales growth.
- Lead the strategic and operational management of the Devart BU Marketing Team.
- Own the business’s reputation and recognition across brand, PR, and communications efforts.
- Manage annual marketing budgets to maximize efficiency and ROI.
- Oversee User Acquisition, SMM, SEO, Link Building, and Event processes for optimal performance.
- Align marketing initiatives with top management and stakeholders, collaborating closely with Sales and Product Teams to achieve revenue goals.
- Conduct competitor analysis and continually review market and consumer trends.
- Track and report on all marketing activities, measuring results and ROI for data-driven decision-making.
- Implement a unified document management system to streamline project workflows.
- Organize a unified document management system for working on projects.
Skills we are looking for
- 5+ years of experience as Head of Marketing or CMO in B2B IT companies.
- Proven track record in developing strategies for B2B IT products.
- Expertise in PR, SMM, and User Acquisition.
- Strong understanding of Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing, and internal communications.
- In-depth knowledge of key marketing tools and concepts.
- Deep knowledge of the international IT industry, technology, and media business.
- Extensive experience in the international IT industry, technology, and media landscape.
- Strong proficiency in launching and managing PR campaigns.
- Social media promotion skills across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and messaging apps.
- Skilled in using goal-setting frameworks (SMART, creative briefs, project passports) and planning tools (GANTT, WBS).
- Strong risk management, budgeting, and cost optimization capabilities.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in team organization and management.
- English proficiency at B2-C1 level.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides skills.
- Solid understanding of SEO, PPC, and SMM principles.
- Highly self-motivated, independent, and adaptable with excellent self-organization skills.
- Positive attitude, high energy, and a good sense of humor.
