Who we are looking for
Devart Team seeks a Finance Operation Specialist to ensure that all financial and operational tasks are completed accurately and on time. This includes monitoring financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and making card payments.
The impact you will make
- Account bank transactions
- Collect and record purchase and expense documents in the accounting system
- Reconcile intergroup transactions
- Analyze payment requests
- Process card payments
- Assist with account registration and bank information entry
- Support financial manager in preparing reports
Skills we are looking for
Hard skills
- 1+ year of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Excel
- Experience with payment systems (PayPal, banking)
Soft skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to handle routine tasks
