Your future challenges
Development of new machine learning models, improving the efficiency of business processes, such as demand forecasting and pricing.
Impact you will make
- Develop machine learning models for pricing, demand forecasting, routing, and customer behavior analysis
- Analyze large data sets to identify hidden dependencies and anomalies
- Deploy models into production in collaboration with engineering teams
- Monitor and optimize model latency, scalability, and versioning strategies
- Collaborate with product managers and business teams to integrate models into decision-making processes
- Conduct A/B testing and evaluate models to improve product outcomes
Skills we are looking for
- 4+ years of experience in data analytics
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English
- Expertise in Python (statistical and ML packages) and Spark
- Expert-level knowledge of SQL
- Strong understanding of mathematical statistics, probability theory, and regression analysis
- Experience with ML tools: Kubeflow, MLflow, and ETL tools
- Proficiency in data preparation, feature engineering, and model evaluation
- Knowledge of Git and Gitflow Workflow
- Proven success in developing and implementing data science solutions that improved business results
- Ability to effectively communicate technical modeling and analysis to business teams
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and presenting results at various levels
- Skill in analyzing complex tasks and proposing structured solutions
Additional skills we would appreciate
- Familiarity with mobility, logistics, or transportation data and KPIs (ETA predictions, surge pricing, driver utilization)
