The Analytics Team is searching for a communicative and energetic Data Integration Specialist with strong communication skills. The role involves configuring integrations between diverse systems to optimize sales and marketing workflows within the company.
Responsibilities
- Configure integrations between Zoho CRM and various sales tools such as Reply, Lemlist, Expandi, and others
- Establish seamless integrations between the partner portal as well as internal and external Devart services
- Streamline ticket management within the Support team through automation
- Customize integrations between Zoho CRM and marketing systems for efficient data exchange
- Gather data from marketing analytics platforms and advertising tools such as GA, Google Ads, Facebook, etc.
- Automate the processes of competitor analysis, market research, and tracking of emerging trends
- Set up integrations between databases and product analytics services such as Segment, Amplitude, or similar platforms
- Adjust integrations to meet the specific needs and requirements of the HR and Finance teams
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Data Integration/Data Analytics
- Experience and skills in working with business processes, creating technical specifications, and making necessary adjustments to them
- Proven track record of coordinating actions and implementing projects in collaboration with Analytics Managers and stakeholders
- Extensive experience of collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Sales, and Product departments
- Experience of training professionals to effectively utilize developed solutions for optimal results
- Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience with Python or R, API, and SQL
- Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems
- Proficiency in English at an intermediate level or above
- Strong negotiation skills
- Be proactive, flexible, positive, and have a sense of humor
Would be a plus
- Experience with SAAS integration services (such as Pipedream, Skyvia, or similar platforms)
- Hands-on experience with Zoho
