Product that needs your engagement
Skyvia is a versatile no-code SaaS cloud platform designed for data integration, automation, backup, management, and connectivity. It offers support for over 200+ connectors, including popular cloud applications like CRMs, marketing tools, support systems, and management solutions, as well as databases and data warehouses.
Your future team of professionals
You will join a dynamic group of five professionals dedicating themselves to driving growth and building strong client relationships. Our team includes SDRs, Sales Executive, Customer Success Manager, and Head of Sales. The team plays a key role in ensuring seamless customer experiences and achieving sales goals. We collaborate closely to deliver tailored solutions and aim to exceed expectations in every interaction.
Impact you will make
In this role, you will ensure customer satisfaction and retention by helping clients achieve success with Skyvia’s platform. You will drive client engagement, provide timely assistance, and proactively address concerns to align with the company’s strategic goals of client growth and product adoption.
- Manage a portfolio of assigned client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide onboarding assistance to new clients, ensuring they understand and can effectively use Skyvia’s features.
- Run cross-sale and upsale campaigns to increase revenue.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and escalate issues when necessary.
- Answer customer requests via all communication channels: meetings, sales mail, tickets, requests, chat.
- Monitor client account health and take proactive steps to address potential issues.
- Conduct regular check-ins and provide tailored recommendations to maximize client value from Skyvia’s platform.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and incorporate client feedback into product development.
Skills we are looking for
Hard skills
- 1+ year of experience in Customer Success Management / Sales / Support.
- Deep understanding of the sales process.
- Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency.
- Basic understanding of cloud-based solutions and data integration platforms.
- Ability to analyze customer usage data and report insights.
- High level of customer focus.
- Business correspondence skills.
Soft skills
