Hi, I've installed:
Microsoft Visual Studio Professional 2019

Devart dotConnect for Oracle 9.9.872.0
Devart Entity Developer 6.6.857.0
I go with cursor to menu item View / Other Windows and visual studio crash and restart with event log error:

Please localize the issue:
1) uninstall dotConnect for Oracle v9.9.872, download the newest build v9.11.980, right-click on dcoracle911pro.exe > Run as administrator and follow the wizard steps but (!) clear selection of Entity Developer on the Select Components step. Does your VS2019 work OK now?
2) uninstall dotConnect for Oracle, right-click on dcoracle911pro.exe (v9.11.980)> Run as administrator and follow the wizard steps and (!) select Entity Developer on the Select Components step. Does your VS2019 work OK now?
