the email notification does not work recently(it works before), and we don't have change review assistant setting.
did not find any exception in OS event logging.
it looks review assistant does not have itself's log, what's the suggestion for next step?

the user is 'reviewer', the status is 'pending', user can check in code (have TFS permission) and can add general comment in code review request, but can't add review comment in source code.
